We are looking for a proactive and determined person who wants to join ROCKET DIGITAL's Growth team as a Senior Business Digital Consultant. 


Essential requirements:

  • Fluency in spoken and written Spanish and English.
  • +5 years of experience in digital business consulting, previous experience in Digital Agency is a plus.
  • +5 years of experience in the Spanish market. Strong relational network will be a plus.
  • Strong expertise within Digital Marketing tactics and channels (SEA, SEO, CRM, Data, Social Media...) is absolutely a must.

As a Senior Business Digital Consultant at ROCKET DIGITAL, you will:


  • Play a critical role in creating new business proposals for potential clients.
  • Be part of the company's business development team.
  • Create and implement digital strategies to align with client business goals and drive growth.
  • Assess and manage the financial impact of digital initiatives, including budgeting and ROI analysis.
  • Recommend and implement effective digital business models tailored to client needs.
  • Manage end-to-end digital transformation projects for successful delivery and client satisfaction.
  • Conduct thorough analysis of complex data sets to uncover insights and inform strategic decisions.
  • Advise on and integrate advanced digital tools like AI, machine learning, and cloud computing.
  • Stay updated with the latest digital trends and technologies to foster a culture of innovation.
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships as a trusted advisor on digital matters.
  • Guide organizations through digital transitions for smooth adoption and minimal disruption.
  • Collaborate with various departments to ensure cohesive and comprehensive digital solutions.


Requisitos

  • The ability to analyze complex data sets to identify business insights and opportunities, integrating financial and digital perspectives.
  • Exhibit strategic thinking and execution skills.
  • Expertise in financial modeling, forecasting, and financial impact analysis to support digital strategy decisions.
  • Create comprehensive digital strategies that align with business goals and drive competitive advantage.
  • Knowledge of various digital business models and ability to recommend and implement effective ones for clients.
  • Proven track record in management consulting, focusing on digital transformation.
  • Experience leading and managing large-scale digital projects from inception to completion.
  • Strong interpersonal skills to build and maintain client relationships and effectively communicate digital solutions.
  • Passion for digital innovation and staying updated with the latest trends and technologies.
  • Strong leadership qualities and ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
