We are looking for a proactive and determined person who wants to join ROCKET DIGITAL's Growth team as a Senior Business Digital Consultant. 

Essential requirements:

  • Fluency in spoken and written Spanish and English.
  • +5 years of experience in digital business consulting, previous experience in Digital Agency is a plus.
  • +5 years of experience in the Spanish market. Strong relational network will be a plus.
  • Strong expertise within Digital Marketing tactics and channels (SEA, SEO, CRM, Data, Social Media...) is absolutely a must.

As a Senior Business Digital Consultant at ROCKET DIGITAL, you will:

  • Assume the responsibility of leading the development and implementation of innovative business development plans.

  • Split your time between business development, sales and existing client facing roles.

  • Define performance marketing and branding strategies for your clients and prospects.

  • Develop winning strategic proposals that allow clients to satisfy their business needs.

  • Establish relationships and generate business.

  • Get involved in Rocket Digital's business strategy

  • Work collaboratively with other departments

  • Development of strategies, presentations and analysis of results to have a global vision.


We're definitely looking for you, if you have:

  • Previous experience (ideally +5 years) in the area of Project Management or Account Management, Business Development or Strategic Consulting.

  • Experience and knowledge of the client's business and the competitive market.

  • Experience in creating marketing strategies for large companies.

  • Knowledge of the business Martech ecosystem.

  • Being able to manage and coordinate projects at a multi-departmental level, with a strong customer orientation and business vision.

  • Demonstrated experience in developing and managing digital alliances.

  • Having the ability to understand customer needs beyond the service we provide at that time.

  • Good communication skills to convey to the client the work we do and propose new services.

  • Have a 360º vision in digital campaigns.

  • Have knowledge of some of these tools: Hubspot, Google Marketing Platform, Amazon and Facebook.

  • Have communication skills and experience speaking in public presentations

  • Proactivity and enthusiasm committed to developing the best sales experiences in an environment of continuous innovation.

  • We will also highly value knowledge of other languages: Italian, French...
