We are looking for an experienced professional to help us work with existing and new customers on implementation, integration and migration projects. You will be responsible for implementing CRM projects, onboardings, creating assets, setting up automations, reporting, training external teams, as well as customer support and consultancy.


We are looking for a proactive and determined person to join Rocket Digital CRM and Marketing Automation Team and as a CRM specialist.


Key responsibilities:

  • To develop a deep understanding of the client, by working with them in the day-to-day activity to be a trusted advisor
  • To deliver consulting services to clients to identify issues, goals and objectives and support the team lead on creating the solutions and strategies according to their project.
  • Auditing the use of HubSpot and all relevant technology stack, providing guidance for businesses looking to maximize their platform applications use and success.
  • Understanding the use and process mapping within HubSpot all all relevant applications
  • To work alongside the CRM Team Lead and Consultants to actively manage current customers and seek out new opportunities.
  • To be a HubSpot technical implementation specialist, taking responsibility for guiding customers through HubSpot software setup and onboarding, tool training, and configuration
  • To work closely with other departments and with customers to develop new tools, processes and frameworks helping to drive product adoption
  • Training customers on how to effectively utilize HubSpot tools

Requisitos

We’re definitely looking for you, if you:

  • 1-2 years of HubSpot experience
  • Strong interpersonal & soft skills
  • Languages: fluently spoken and written Spanish. Intermediate in English. Second language is a plus, especially if it’s Italian.
  • Curious, team player, proactive and a desire to learn, improve and grow on a daily basis.
  • Experience in digital projects, specially from an agency perspective

Plus:

  • Experience in managing customer relationships
  • Knowledge of other marketing automation tools as Klaviyo or Connectif
  • Experience in inbound marketing and sales 
  • Background in Ecommerce industry
  • Technical experience in the integration and implementation of CRM and/or Marketing Automation platforms is valuable, as well as consulting experience.
