We are looking for a junior-mid CRO specialist able to understand and analyze the needs of digital businesses and help them improve their conversion rates. It is key to have experience in interpreting quantitative (GA) and qualitative data for the generation of improvement actions. We value experience in experimentation (A/B testing), digital analytics (measurement plans, Google Tag Manager) and communication with customers or stakeholders.

As a CRO specialist you will:

  • Find insights and turn them into actionable ideas in order to improve the performance of our clients’ digital assets.
  • Generate data-driven hypotheses, to be tested in A/B experiments.
  • Work closely with other Digital Analytics colleagues, as well as with specialists in areas such as UI, UX, creative, development...
  • Identify business opportunities and prepare ad hoc proposals to potential clients.
  • Work to design the digital measurement solutions according to business requirements from clients.

What will your first 6 months at Rocket be like?

1 MONTH: You will get to know the team and our methodology. You will start to be integrated into ongoing projects.

3 MONTHS: You will lead, with supervision, your own clients and projects.

6 MONTHS: You will master our methodology and will be able to be totally independent in client projects. You will do specific training both internally and with partners. We expect you to help in the development of the methodology, incorporation of new tools, etc.


We’re definitely looking for you if you have:

  • Experience of minimum 2 years in Ecommerce CRO projects, preferably from an agency perspective.
  • Strong knowledge of qualitative analysis tools (Hotjar,…)
  • Strong knowledge of CRO methodology: user tests, surveys…
  • Knowledge of testing tools (Optimizely, AB tasty, VWO…).
  • Knowledge of Digital Analytics tools (Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics, Google Tag Manager…).
  • Project management skills, proactivity and autonomy.
  • Fluently spoken and written Spanish and English. Second language is a plus, especially if it’s Italian.

It would be nice if you have knowledge of:

  • Knowledge of Excel
  • Knowledge of reporting tools (Data Studio, Tableau…).
  • Personalization tools (Nosto, Connectif…)
  • Marketing tools (Google Ads, Facebook Business Manager, Campaign Manager).
  • Channel attribution tools.
  • Programming and/or database querying languages (JavaScript, R, HTML, CSS, SQL…).
