We are looking for a proactive and determined person who wants to join Rocket Digital's Brand&Studio Team as a Creative Account Manager.


Requisitos

We are looking for an a creative profile to create long-term, trusting relationships with our customers and act as a bridge between clients and members of our in-house creative team at Rocket Digital.

The Creative Account Manager’s role is to oversee a portfolio of assigned customers for our creative department, Studio, helping to develop new business from existing clients and actively seek new sales opportunities.


The day to day responsibilities include daily management with the client, coordinating with external creatives and production teams, and organizing sales presentations.

This role will manage deliverables for Paid campaigns, organic posts and Shopify e-commerce stores.

Assist in the reception and/or elaboration of the briefing, to the development of the creativity by the agency's teams and the final delivery of the pieces resulting from the campaign.

In addition, this role will need to coordinate all the teams involved in each project: creatives, designers, programmers, analysts, strategy, production, media team, suppliers and other external collaborators.

Reviewing and budgeting and invoicing of projects and invoicing control.


Tasks in detail:

  • Manage client relationship through effective communication: problem solving and responding to requests
  • Receive client briefs and, when necessary, assist in drafting creative proposals for sales presentations
  • Present and sell creative work
  • Create briefs for Paid Campaigns and SMO for specialists
  • Organize briefs and deliverables for production projects: shot-lists and liaison with external collaborators
  • Determine briefs for content used in Shopify stores
  • Improve departmental timing, project delivery and organization
  • Accounting, contracts, commercial budgets, production
  • Production, hiring freelancers
  • Detect business opportunities
  • Impartial in conflict situations



Mandatory requirements:

  • 1-2 years experience as Account Manager,
  • Experience in a creative agency
  • High level of English: attendance to regular meetings with international teams
  • Knowledge of digital platforms (Meta and Shopify)
